The only good thing to say about this bistro is that it provides a good story about bad French manners and therefore probably worse food. I stopped by with a friend thinking we would stay to lunch on a snowy day in Paris. When I, a little old lady, reached for a napkin, I thought the waiter was going to jump over the bar . "No! No! Madame." And he shook his finger at me. "No! No!"
Maybe he is part of a traveling group of players called The Personification of Bad Manners.
